Natalia Avallone is Head of Risk & Quality at Grant Thornton Argentina and IBC Director for Grant Thornton Argentina and Perú. She is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA).
She is member of the Professional Council in Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CPCECABA).
Natalia has more than 25 years of professional experience, both national and international. The latter includes international assignments for auditing and due diligence applying accounting frameworks and standards, such as the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
As Head of Risk and Quality, she is responsible for the design and monitoring of policies and procedures to ensure an adequate identification and management of the risks that Grant Thornton Argentina faces and guarantee the quality of all the services that are provided.
As IBC Director, she collaborates with all member firms of the Grant Thornton network to strengthen our client’s cross-border businesses and enhance our network’s capabilities for international business projects.
Before, Natalia was Audit Manager at Grant Thornton Argentina for 16 years. In this role, she gained experience advising private companies and international groups from several industries. Some of the clients she worked with are Cafés La Virginia SA, Whirlpool Argentina SA, Arcor SAIC, Maersk Argentina SA, Asociación Civil Educativa Escocesa San Andrés, Fundación Universidad San Andrés, Asociación Escolar Goethe, Häfele Argentina SA and Samconsult SA.
