Qualifications

Leandro Griffa is Audit Manager at Grant Thornton Argentina. He is in the last year of his Business Administration Degree at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA).

Leandro is certified in Lean Six Sigma as a Green Belt, this is a structured and focused methodology, based on management leadership, which combines statistical tools with a disciplined problem-solving approach that results in the simultaneous improvement of efficiency and service quality. He also has several courses and certifications in project management and problem solving.

Experience

Leandro has more than five years of professional experience. He is part of Grant Thornton Argentina since 2023.

As Audit Manager, he is the leader of the Audit Service Centre for Grant Thornton Argentina. He carried out the creation and organization of the sector and standardization of work processes and work papers.

Among his most relevant tasks, he coordinates and leads a team of five associates. In addition, he is responsible for organizing the team for the preparation of accounts payable operation control reports, assembly and analysis of accruals and KPIs.

Before joining Grant Thornton Argentina, he worked at a multinational company that offers sustainability solutions as an accounts payable team leader.
