Qualifications

Javier Ricci is Business Process Solutions (BPS) Director at Grant Thornton Argentina. He is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). He has a Postgraduate Degree on “IFRS and Technical Resolutions” from the UBA and a specialization in “National and International Accounting and Auditing Standards” from the Professional Council in Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CPCECABA).

He is an instructor in in-company training courses on professional standards, audit regulations and technical methodologies, and others.

Experience

Javier has more than 20 years of professional experience. He is part of Grant Thornton Argentina since 2006 and before becoming BPS – Accounting Director in 2021, he was Manager of the firm's Audit division for nine years and BPS – Accounting Manager.

He has been involved in assignments for external auditing for private companies, financial entities and international groups of various industries, including fishing and mass consumption.
