Qualifications
Arturo Pérez is Payroll Director in Business Process Solutions (BPS) division at Grant Thornton Argentina. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Labour Relations from the Universidad Nacional de La Matanza (UNLaM).
Experience
Arturo has more than 30 years of professional experience in administrative management and temporary staff companies.
He has been involved in assignments for payroll, administrative internal auditing processes, payroll outsourcing and external audit in payroll and social security for clients with large groups of personnel and with companies that has different collective work agreements.
He has vast experienced designing and implementing procedures to generate an optimization of the relationship with external clients, establishing and leading groups, where the teamwork and the professionalization of the area were the main priorities, implementing and rolling out of payroll systems (Bejerman/Waldbott), and crating and implementing training process and recruitment projects.
