At Grant Thornton Argentina, we aim to be a place where all members of our teams can build their own destiny and feel protagonists of their career. Therefore, we periodically conduct a survey to know their opinion.

PeopleVoice is the survey of all Grant Thornton network member firms and a very important pillar of our development and engagement strategy. It is managed by Grant Thornton's Global Research Centre (GRC) to ensure confidentiality and on this occasion the focus was on diversity, psychological well-being, leadership, performance management and development.

“Over time, our people-centred policies have borne fruit and this is reflected, not only in the survey's voluntary participation rate, which has been increasing, but also in the results,” Amores adds.

In 2024, we have also achieved the Go Beyond Award for Quality, presented by Grant Thornton International,” highlights Fernando Fucci, Managing Partner of Grant Thornton Argentina.

The Grant Thornton Experience is aimed at achieving a good work-life balance, accompanying our people in the different stages of their lives and creating a place where they feel free and authentic.

Respect for our collaborators and care for their psychological well-being is something we have been working hard on for a long time, and this was also reflected in the results. We have reached 89% in the psychological safety index, which refers to the fact that each person can express themselves and feel free and valued for who they are, and not be afraid of making mistakes, as they are part of the learning process. We encourage and value different ways of thinking and we promote diverse teams, in which each member can contribute unique perspectives,” says Amores.

“The firm’s Partners are convinced that the path and progress we are making in terms of human capital allow us to attract talent and have teams with a strong sense of belonging,” says Fucci. “The PeopleVoice survey allows us to listen to our people and continue working to take Grant Thornton Argentina beyond”.
