Great Place to Work Argentina announced the ranking of the Best Places to Work for Young Talent 2024 and Grant Thornton Argentina was recognized with third place in the category of companies with 251 to 1,000 employees.

In September 2023, Grant Thornton Argentina achieved the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification as an excellent place to work. In October 2024, the ranking of the best companies for young talent in Argentina in 2024 was published and Grant Thornton is in the top 3 within the 251 to 1000 collaborators category.

The Best Places to Work for Young Talent ranking evaluates the Argentine companies that best adapt to the expectations of young talent in terms of well-being and leadership. The new generations are the ones that set the pace for new work dynamics and trends, and at Grant Thornton Argentina we are proud that they choose us to start and develop personally and professionally.

One of the requirements to participate in the ranking is that at least 20% of the company’s staff must be under 25 years old, and the positions were established based on surveys of more than 22,491 employees of the 91 participating companies.

According to the report prepared by GPTW, key factors valued by young professionals include clear communication from leaders and their credibility to make sound decisions, and an adequate work-life balance. In both aspects, Grant Thornton Argentina obtained a level of satisfaction of 97% and 92%, respectively.

At Grant Thornton Argentina we encourage each collaborator to be the protagonist of their career and make a difference every day. “The Grant Thornton Experience creates a dynamic and flexible environment in which each of our collaborators can feel free and safe to be who they are, expressing their ideas and being authentic with their values and beliefs,” highlights Mariana Amores, People & Culture Director at Grant Thornton Argentina.

“This recognition is the result of a journey with many changes and achievements, in which people are the protagonists”, Amores adds. “At Grant Thornton we believe that through our pillars of flexibility, mobility and diversity and our CLEARR values (Collaboration, Leadership, Excellence, Agility, Respect and Responsibility) more and more young people will feel attracted and want to join our teams to continue building our future together”.
