Grant Thornton is recognized by Great Place to Work

Ciudad de Buenos Aires — Grant Thornton is proud to celebrate its Great Place to Work certification, alongside the community of certified companies throughout the country and the world.

Great Place to Work® has designated November 7th as Certification Nation Day to celebrate and recognize companies that works to create great workplaces for all. This year, Grant Thornton Argentina was certified based on a satisfaction survey carried out by its collaborators throughout the country.

"Certified companies places employees first", says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. "Thriving employees increase revenue, profits and provide market-leading customer experiences. I hope Certification Nation Day inspires other executives to create and sustain employee-centric cultures".

Grant Thornton Argentina, as a member of the Grant Thornton international network, is committed to providing valuable experience to its collaborators as part of their professional training and as life experience. Its commitment is to provide a space for exchange in which all members of the firm can build their own destiny and become the stars of their career.

The value proposition for its people is based on three fundamental pillars: flexibility, mobility and diversity, combined with continuous learning and growth. A clear example of these pillars is that most of its leaders have been trained at the firm. "They have graduated, formed their family, and some have even had experience working in another firm in the international network of Grant Thornton", highlights from Grant Thornton Argentina. "All of this would not have been possible without the support and flexibility that characterizes us".

Its commitment to diversity and equal opportunities is reflected in the melting pot of generations that makes up the company, in which, in addition, 64% are women and 49% of leadership and decision-making positions are occupied by women. And this is clearly perceived by people, since in the survey one of the axes in which they have obtained one of the highest scores (95%) is Justice and Diversity and Inclusion.

"For us it is a pride that people not only perceive, but also really live what we call the Grant Thornton Experience," comments Mariana Amores, Director of People & Culture at Grant Thornton Argentina, "where everyone feels free and sure to show themselves as they are, expressing their ideas and becoming stars of their growth".

Testimonials such as “the human quality of the Partners generates a sense of belonging”, “we feel listened to”, “there is a genuine appreciation and interest in people”, “there is a good working environment”, “teamwork, integration and solidarity”, “you feel the warmth in the treatment of people”, are some of the differential and valued aspects that collaborators highlighted during the survey carried out by Great Place to Work, and examples of the collaborative, transparent and respectful work culture at Grant Thornton.

In this sense, it is important to recognize the strategic value that each company's reputation currently has as an “employer brand”. The foundations of each business's success lie in the commitment and sense of belonging of the people who make up each organization.

“The Partners of the firm are convinced that creating an adequate work environment and promoting continuous improvement in our three pillars (flexibility, mobility and diversity) will allow us to attract talent and create teams with a strong sense of belonging to the firm. In short, without these three pillars it would be impossible to sustain growth in the long term,” comments Fernando Fucci, Managing Partner of Grant Thornton Argentina. "Through our participation in the GPTW survey we set out to listen to our people and bear witness to our commitment to our values".
